I guess I’ve lurked in the background long enough! 😄 I’ve been telling myself for a while that I need to get out more, meet new people, and actually enjoy everything life has to offer. The weather is getting too beautiful to keep spending all my free time indoors!

I’m 43 and have been living in the United States all my life but have travelled out of the country on different occasions. I work remotely from home, which has its perks, but it also makes it incredibly easy to fall into the routine of work, home, and repeat. Before you know it, weeks and months have gone by and you’ve barely explored the world around you!

I’d really love to meet some genuine people—friends to grab lunch or dinner with, try new restaurants, take a walk, visit interesting places, attend local events, enjoy live music, go on little day trips, or simply sit somewhere and have a good conversation and plenty of laughs. I’m open to discovering new hobbies and experiences too, so I’m always happy to hear what other people enjoy doing.

A little about me: I’m easygoing, down-to-earth, and enjoy good conversation and people who don’t take themselves too seriously. I may be a little quiet at first, but once I’m comfortable, I have a great sense of humor and enjoy having fun. I appreciate genuine people, good energy, kindness, and friendships that feel natural rather than forced.

I’m not looking for a huge crowd or trying to collect hundreds of acquaintances—I’d much rather find a few good people who are interested in actually getting out and doing things. Age, background, and personality aren’t nearly as important to me as being respectful, genuine, and having a good attitude.
